Gardenias and Roses
On New Year's Day 2020, Alpha Beta Chapter Sorors, Kopelles, family and friends assisted in decorating two floats for the 2020 Tournament of Roses Parade In Pasadena, California. "Years of Hope, Years of Courage" celebrated the 100th anniversary of women's right to vote in the United States and won the Best Theme Trophy in the parade. Dr. Johnetta Cole represented the National Council of Negro Women on the float. Sorors also helped with the China Airlines float.
